Our Services

We know every setting is different - different children, different teams, different challenges. That's why our support is always flexible and shaped around what you actually need, not what fits a standard package.

Whether you need a one-off visit, ongoing training, virtual support, or direct work with children, we'll work with you to find the right approach.

In-Person Visits (including Observations)

Sometimes you just need fresh eyes and a collaborative conversation about what might help.

In-person visits are completely flexible - you're welcome to use the time in whatever way best supports your team. We might spend the session observing a child, problem-solving with staff, modelling strategies in the classroom, or having professional conversations about SEND, behaviour, or communication needs.

Visits can include:

  • Observing children or classroom practice

  • Meeting with staff to discuss concerns or next steps

  • Problem-solving sessions

  • Modelling and demonstrating strategies

  • Planning and reviewing support

  • Professional conversations around SEND, behaviour, communication, or learning

  • Discussions with parents or carers

  • Short training or coaching sessions for staff

Whether it's an initial visit to explore concerns or a follow-up to review progress, each session ends with clear, practical recommendations you can implement straight away.

Bespoke Training

Professional development that actually fits your team's needs.

Generic training rarely sticks because it doesn't address what's happening in your setting with your children. Our training is different - it's shaped around the real challenges you're facing and the specific areas you want to develop.

Training options:

  • In-Person Training: Delivered in your setting, tailored to your team's needs. Whether it's a twilight session, INSET day, or ongoing coaching, we'll create something that works for you.

  • Online Training: Virtual sessions up to 90 minutes, delivered from a professional setup. Perfect for when you need targeted support but can't accommodate an in-person visit.

  • Custom Packages: Not sure what you need yet? Let's have a conversation about your unique challenges and create a training solution that actually addresses them.

Virtual Surgery

Expert support, wherever you are.

Sometimes you need specialist input but don't need (or can't accommodate) a full in-person visit. Virtual sessions give you flexible access to support when and where it works for you.

Like in-person visits, you're welcome to use the time however best supports your team - whether that's discussing a specific child, problem-solving around whole-cohort needs, planning next steps, or getting targeted strategy support.

Sessions can include:

  • Child-focused discussions or reviews

  • Problem-solving around individual or cohort needs

  • Meetings with staff or parents

  • Planning and reviewing next steps

  • Short targeted training or strategy support

  • Professional conversations around SEND, behaviour, communication, or learning

Each session ends with clear, practical recommendations. When we're discussing individual children, you'll also receive a written summary.

Full details and pricing are in the Menu of Services below.

In Person Interventions

Direct work with children who need more targeted support.

Sometimes a child needs something more than whole-setting strategies can provide. These interventions offer focused, one-to-one or small group support tailored to what the child needs right now.

Intervention options:

  • Tailored Intervention Visits: Weekly or fortnightly sessions designed around needs identified during initial assessments. We work together to decide the focus, approach, and goals.

  • Individual Child Intervention (6 Weeks): A structured 6-week programme for one child, with clear outcomes and regular review.

  • Therapy Dog Intervention/Visit: One-to-one or small group sessions with a therapy dog. The specific focus and goals are determined collaboratively beforehand based on what the child needs. For more information about dog therapy visits click here

It’s always a pleasure to work with Jamie. Each visit has been so valuable in helping us fine-tune our practice. Jamie brings deep knowledge and insight, while always showing genuine respect for our staff and for the way we support each individual child.

From the very first meeting, Jamie put us at ease. I’ve learned so much that I now apply not just in one case, but more widely across our setting. The impact has been significant.

We truly value the relationship and hope to continue working together in the future.
